In this project, I analyzed the false advertising lawsuit against Lemme and its impact on the brand’s credibility and market position. By understanding the lawsuit’s effects on consumer trust, I developed a marketing recovery strategy aimed at rebuilding Lemme’s reputation. The strategy focused on three key areas: rebuilding trust, refining brand messaging, and leveraging market differentiation.

To rebuild trust, I proposed transparent communication through educational campaigns, third-party certifications, and clearer product labeling. I also suggested refining the brand’s messaging to emphasize Lemme’s commitment to authenticity and real results. Lastly, I recommended capitalizing on Lemme’s unique market presence, including celebrity influence, and introducing innovative products to differentiate the brand in a competitive wellness market. This strategy was designed to restore consumer confidence and position Lemme for long-term growth.
